Delivery time is usually next business day within the Australia Post Express Post Network after your order has been processed.

RETURNS
Client happiness is important to us!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we do offer returns under the following conditions;
- Return request must be made within 14 days of purchase date by contacting rhiannon@collective233.com
- Return merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
- Return merchandise must be in saleable condition with all original labels and tags attached. Shoes returned in their original box.
- All sale items, including items purchased at a reduced price using a promotional code, and jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
- Approved returns will not include the cost of postage.
- Collective233 accepts no responsibility for any return merchandise lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
