Delivery Timeframes

Online orders are dispatched during our normal boutique trading hours.
Orders placed over the weekend or outside of boutique trade hours will be dispatched next business day. Please keep in mind during sales and peak periods, there may be delays in the processing of your order due to high order volumes.

Delivery time is usually within 2-7 working days after your order has been processed.
Australia Post Express Post
Delivery time is usually next business day within the Australia Post Express Post Network after your order has been processed.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Client happiness is important to us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we do offer an exchange or credit under the following conditions.

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of purchase date by contacting hello@collective233.com
  • Return merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  • Return merchandise must be in saleable condition with all original labels and tags attached. Shoes returned in their original box.
  • All sale items and jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. Including any items purchased at a reduced price or using a promotional code.
  • Approved returns will not include the cost of postage.
  • Collective233 accepts no responsibility for any return merchandise lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
