  • Return request must be made within 14 days of purchase date by contacting
  • Return merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  • Return merchandise must be in saleable condition with all original labels and tags attached. Shoes returned in their original box.
  • All sale items, including items purchased at a reduced price using a promotional code, and jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
